Spring is here and so is the Dubrovnik Spring Gourmet Days!
From April 10th to 23rd, 2023, the city's finest restaurants will be showcasing their culinary creativity at this two-week gastronomic event organized by the Dubrovnik Tourist Board and local restaurants.
This year, visitors will have the opportunity to indulge in delicious dishes inspired by fresh spring ingredients, such as grilled sea bass, prawn ceviche, gratin oysters, and many more mouth-watering treats. With a total of 21 participating restaurants, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
