Spring Gourmet Days

The Dubrovnik Tourist Board, in collaboration with local restaurateurs, is organizing the traditional Spring Gourmet Days gastro event, which will take place from the 19th to the 27th of April, 2025, across numerous Dubrovnik restaurants.

With the arrival of warmer and sunnier spring days, Dubrovnik’s chefs—drawing inspiration from the abundance of fresh seasonal ingredients—have created a variety of imaginative and flavourful dishes that are sure to delight every visitor. During this gastronomic event, you’ll enjoy specially prepared meals crafted just for this year’s gourmet edition—from spring risottos and shrimp ceviche to pljukanci (Istrian hand-rolled pasta) with boškarin (Istrian ox) and many other delicious surprises.

This year’s Spring Gourmet Days will feature the following participating restaurants:
Tapas Bar Alamaka, Konoba Ankora, Art Restaurant Renaissance, Azur Dubrovnik, Restaurant Banje Beach, Bistro 49, Konoba - Pizzeria Blidinje, Bistro Despet, Restaurant Dubrovnik, Akademis Poligon Garište, Restaurant Gusta Me, Kavana Lazareti, Hotel & Restaurant Kazbek, Restaurant Kopun, Restaurant Marangun, Restaurant Momenti, Restaurant More, Musladin Family Farm, Restaurant Natali, Restaurant Orsan, Piccola Venezia Tapas Bar & Lounge, Restaurant Port 22, Restaurant & Bar Rudjer, Restaurant Sesame, Restaurant Stara Loza, Taj Mahal – Old Town, Taj Mahal – Hotel Lero, Bistro Tavulin, Restaurant Tramuntana, and Restaurant Zuzori.
