Joint presentation given by Croatia Airlines, Dubrovnik Tourist Board, and Dubrovnik-Neretva County Tourist Board in Frankfurt
13th September 2023, Frankfurt – Croatia Airlines, the Dubrovnik Tourist Board, and the Dubrovnik-Neretva County Tourist Board have today given a joint presentation to German business (B2B) journalists and travel agents in Frankfurt.
Croatia Airlines has presented its plans for connecting Croatia and Germany during the 2023/2024 winter flight timetable. The emphasis of the presentation has been on the extension of the operation of flights on the seasonal Dubrovnik-Frankfurt route, on which Croatia Airlines will continue to fly during the winter period as well.
Croatia Airlines is planning to operate scheduled international flights on this route three times a week – on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday afternoon, to be exact – with the option of adjusting the flight timetable according to the needs of the market. Return air tickets on this route are available at promotional prices starting at 172 euros for ticket purchases made online on the company’s website, www.croatiaairlines.com.
During the winter period, Croatia Airlines will be connecting Frankfurt directly with Zagreb and Split as well. Likewise, given that the German market is one of the most important emissive markets of the Republic of Croatia, Croatia Airlines is also planning to operate direct international flights to Munich from Zagreb, Split, Osijek, Rijeka, and Zadar as well.
In the 2023/2024 winter flight timetable, Croatia Airlines is planning to increase the number of flights it operates by nearly 12 percent, and the number of seats it offers by 13.6 percent compared to the 2022/2023 winter flight timetable. In doing so, Croatia’s flag carrier will be operating flights to a total of 23 international destinations, and connecting Croatia’s 7 airports with 13 international destinations.
