At the Javits Congress Centre in New York from the 28th to the 29th of January 2023, the New York Travel & Adventure Show was held, where the Dubrovnik-Neretva County Tourist Board together with the City of Dubrovnik Tourist Board presented their offer.
At the stand of the Croatian Tourist Board (CTB), were exhibitions from the Dubrovnik-Neretva County Tourist Board and Dubrovnik Tourist Board and the City of Zagreb Tourist Board, the City of Pula Tourist Board, the Split-Dalmatia County Tourist Board, the Šibenik-Knin County Tourist Board, the Zadar County Tourist Board, the Kvarner Tourist Board, the Lika-Senj County Tourist Board, Super Tours, Adriatic Sea Cruise by Pointers, Barbara Yacht Charter, Katarina Line, Plitvice Lakes, Obzor travel, Niche Touring LLC and Ambasador Travel.
In addition to the presentation at the CTB stand, 26 businesspeople from Croatia participated in the B2B workshop, which was held on January 28 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Croatian Pavilion. More than 100 American agents participated in the workshop, and the participants were greeted by the director of the CTB Main Office, Mr. Kristjan Staničić.
The Dubrovnik-Neretva County Tourist Board also held special presentations in the Croatian Pavilion for VIP guests on both days of the fair.
In 2022, the Dubrovnik-Neretva County was visited by 160,049 Americans, who spent 463,498 overnight stays and were in sixth place in terms of the number of overnight stays in 2022.
