In the ˝Story About Beer˝, discover the brewing process, how long it takes, what kind of yeast, hops and malters are used to brew beer, which beer is drunk with breakfast or with dessert, why some beer is dark and others are amber orange or light coloured. Also, try to discern traces of chocolate, citrus notes or floral aromas in the tastes. Visit the first Dubrovnik brewery, listen to the story about beer, take a peek at the production process and try Maestral, Fortunal, Grego and Goa, beer that for the first time is being produced in the heart of the city!


STREET FOOD & BEER

As part of the Good Food Festival program, the Dubrovnik Beer Company and Porat restaurant will present their version of street food with live music and craft beer.

Street food is currently trendy; however it is no longer synonymous with unhealthy, fast food. Today’s street food is of high quality, it’s interesting, and it features innovative ways of preparing traditional dishes in the informal atmosphere of city streets.
