On the local village farm you'll learn how to prepare homemade food on the same way as our ancestors did centuries ago. Our hearty hosts will welcome you with aperitif and snack as you don't want to begin anything with empty stomach and then you'll follow them to the garden and pick all ingredients necessary for cooking. Depending on the season or time you have on disposal you'll prepare: „sac“ – lamb or veal under the iron bell, „zelena menestra“ – green cabbage with dry meat, skewers on laurel sticks, smoked bacon and goat cheese... Prepare your meal on open fireplace, dug you fingers in bread mixture, lick some olive oil and blend it in rural ambience to get the true feeling of Dubrovnik countryside.
