Although it is guided by a set of standards and ideas, we refuse to believe that we are near the end. We want to learn, grow and be a place that our guests will remember as a great experience they had in Dubrovnik.

Historical circumstances brought various influences to the local cuisine by many cultures and civilizations. Hence, our menu has influences of Italian and Austrian cuisine. However, the most dominant influence is the one of Dubrovnik, its local culture and Mediterranean spirit. As the years pass by, our motto remains the same, to quote Marin Držić, one of our famous playwrights: For what do we have money, but to eat, drink and glory our life!'
