Discover the dancer in yourself through the 5Rhythms method, release stress while listening to thetherapeutic sound of gongs and tibetan singing bowls, exercise for a healthy spine and practiceyoga with your eyes closed, at the Drop in festival. The first Dubrovnik Festival of the Culture ofLiving is held on the first weekend in September (4th and 5th) in the impressive surroundings of theVišnjica Park, organized by the Ambient Croatia Association.Drop in Festival visitors will enjoy two days of exercise, dance, workshops and lectures tailored toeveryone's abilities, regardless of age or physical predisposition. “The goal of this festival is to bringforward new knowledge and skills from the field of mindful and balanced living in a relaxed andjoyful way. We have gathered a number of experts from the fields of movement, dance, soundtherapy, yoga to share their knowledge in the beautiful setting of Višnjica park, overlooking the OldTown. We believe that in the time we live in, creating and maintaining healthy living habits isextremely important ", explained the co-organizer of the event, Dalia Gjaja.The festival is also intended for everyone who wants to work on family and business relationships.According to the co-organizer of the event, Marjana Batinić: “A section of the Festival is designed formanagers, craftsmen, small and large entrepreneurs and all those who may be considering theselife paths. We will present them with valuable insights into a different approach to improvingbusiness and family relationships in times of insecurity and ongoing change. ”Višnjica Park is a beautiful natural environment overlooking the city. A wooden platform of severalhundred square meters will offer a comfortable base for the workshops. Natural shade is providedby pine trees, and reinforced by a large tent that will cover part of the podium and create a livingroom for interactive lectures. A small olive grove will be the venue for relaxed socializing withhealthy food and cold ginger lemonades prepared for visitors by the festival food truck.“The events of the Festival are suitable for everyone, regardless of age and prior knowledge.
