Famous French pastry chef hosted two workshops
Famous French pastry chef Gilles Bajolle comes from Dubrovnik’s sister city Rueil-Malmaison has hosted two workshops as a part of Good Food Festival 2019. Forty years of experience as a pastry chef at the most famous French hotels and restaurants with three Michelin stars give evidence to the fact that this is an exceptional expert.Today, Mr. Bajolle owns a boutique pastry shop “Macaron et Cacao” in Rueil Malmaison and at the Good Food Festival he showed us how to make the finest chocolate truffles, macarones and chocolate souffle.
