Traditional "Coldfish Days"

Once again this year, in cooperation with Dubrovnik restaurants, the Dubrovnik Tourist Board is organising the Codfish Days as part of the program of the Dubrovnik Winter Festival. From the 21st to 24th of December, in nine Dubrovnik establishments, you will be able to treat your palate and try codfish prepared through traditional recipes, in white or red sauce, but also in some different ways, such as fried codfish, codfish pâté or codfish foam.
Codfish is one of the traditional delicacies that, together with dried figs and other dishes that enrich Dubrovnik tables during the holiday season, this year will be specially prepared in Gradska Kavana (city cafe) Arsenal, restaurants Dalmatino, Glorijet, Klarisa, Magellan, Mezzanave, Orka, Orsan and in the Christmas cottage ˝Gulozarije˝ at Pile.
